Seller uploads photos, driver picks up
Seller uploads 5 guided photos (front, back, left, right, any damage). Driver picks up and delivers.
You approve on arrival, then we charge
You confirm the item matches the photos. Only then does your card get charged.

Questions
When is my card actually charged?
Only after you receive the item and confirm it matches the seller's photos. If you don't approve, the authorization is released and you're not charged.
What if the item isn't as described?
Don't approve the delivery. The authorization is released within 1-7 days depending on your bank, and we work with you and the seller to resolve it.
Is my payment info safe?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft. Fetchie never sees or stores your card number.
